Cherry Blossom Tree in China
China attracts many visitors in early spring to admire the cherry blossom tree and its beautiful cherry blossoms. Cherry blossoms bloom in China near the end of March to early April and last for about 1 to 2 weeks if the weather is nice. If, however, it rains while they are in bloom then the flower petals fall quicker and the beautiful flowers may be over in less than a week.
This year China has a bumper crop of blossoms. Aerial footage is showing that China is full of the delicate purple and violet colors of the cherry blossom tree. Although an endless parade of amateur and professional photographers descend their landscape in search of the yearly event when the blossoms grace our presence, adding foreground and background interested in the photo is key to creating an exciting composition. The cherry blossom’s in my photograph feature the blossoms as a backdrop against the mountains with the brilliant green trees in the foreground, and farming in the middle ground.
